Headings Index

Search results from an Author Browse, Name Title Browse, or Subject Browse search (from Basic Search page) are displayed in the Headings Index. The Headings Index displays the link to the record display (if only one record is retrieved) or titles page (if multiple records are retrieved) for each heading, as well as links to any cross references associated with that heading (under the # column); the number of titles associated with each heading (under the Titles column); the heading name (under the Headings column); and the type of heading (under the Headings Type column), e.g., corporate name or personal name (for an Author Browse search).

To display the titles associated with a heading, click on the underlined heading (under the Heading column) or its associated underlined number (under the # column) to jump to the Titles Index. If there are more than 10 headings, you can display the next 10 headings by clicking the icon. You can return to the previous 10 headings by clicking the icon.

To begin a new search, click the New Search button. The Title Bar at the top of the page will display your current NPS Voyager Library Catalog location.
