• researchers and writers outside of the National Park Service
• professionals in all disciplines requiring Park Service information to perform their jobs

Due to National Park Service Library Program staffing limitations, this service is not able to assist:

• K-12 & undergrad college students with school assignments (see your school or public librarian)
• people conducting family history research (contact a park directly through Park Service website)
• people planning a park visit (see specific park pages for visitor info on Park Service website)
